الندوة العلمية الأولى للهندسة الكهربائية والإلكترونية


أقيمت الندوة العلمية الأولى للهندسة الكهربائية والإلكترونية بتاريخ 12/5/2016 بكلية الهندسة بمصراتة وتم فيها طرح مجموعة من الورقات المتخصصة في مجال الهندسة الكهربائية والإلكترونية وهي كالتالي .

اولاً:  الورقات المختصة في مجال الهندسة الكهربائية 

وهي شملت كل مايتعلق بالهندسة الكهربائية والطاقات المتجددة.

1.”Concentrated solar power plants (CSP),” Essam Endaya, Y. Adraider ,The First  Scientific Symposium Of Electrical And Electronic Engineering (EEES) 2016.

Abstract- This review article summarises the key areas of concentrated solar power plants (CSP) for producing electricity. The scope of this article orbits around the possibility of using the sunlight as an alternative/renewable energy to operate the concentrated solar power systems, explaining the main components and the application of the CSP plants. Moreover, different solar collectors and their working principles are also discussed. More importantly, this article shows the promising future of using the concentrated solar power plants (CSP) instead of conventional power plants operated by fossil fuels.

2.”Expand of Alkhoms 30KV Power Distribution Network,”A. A. Abdalla Elaloul , M. I. Salem Abozaed ,The First  Scientific Symposium Of Electrical And Electronic Engineering (EEES) 2016.

Abstract – One of the aims of the General Electrical Company of Libya (GECOL) is to supply the customers with electric energy a wording to the standard specification. Alkhoms is a Libyan city and it is one of GECOL areas. Because of the conditions increasing of the loads in Alkhoms and in all Libyan cities, the electric network should be able to feed the increasing and future loads. So it is necessary to adopt a strategic plan for future expanding of the network. The aim of this paper is to know the operating state of the electrical power system by the conditions of the power circulation, as well as developing the network until 2023 and studying the proposed solutions to solve the problems Alkhoms – Libya network. This paper has been used NEPLAN software which had estimated and solved the future expanding problems of Alkhoms networks.

3.”Genetic-based neuro-fuzzy Design of PID Controller for Boost Flyback Converter,”Tareg Abubaker Abulifa, Associate Prof. Dr. Sattar Jaber Al-Isawi  ,The First  Scientific Symposium Of Electrical And Electronic Engineering (EEES) 2016.

Abstract— The aim of this paper is to design a best compensator for the boost-flyback converter system operates in a continuous conduction mode. The small signal of the boost-flyback is derived first to find transfer functions which they help in the study of the system stability. Genetic algorithm is used to search in the parameter space for the most suitable controllers’ parameters to minimize the damping of oscillation modes, to coordinate between system different controllers. . In order to do this, on-line measurements of local system signals at converter are chosen as input signals to an adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS). The outputs of each neurofuzzy controller are the desired parameters of system damping controllers. The simulation of the system is done using the MATLAB programming language.

وهي شملت كل مايتعلق بالهندسة الإلكترونية والاتصالات ومعالجة الصورة الرقمية كما شملت الهوائيات والشبكات.

1.”Adaptive Security System using Biometric Technolgy,”Abdalla I.Abrwais, Jalal Sarar ,The First  Scientific Symposium Of Electrical And Electronic Engineering (EEES) 2016.

Abstract——Speech recognition systems are made to process wards of system’s admin speaker to execute specific tasks such as remote computer controlling. This procedure makes it possible to use the speaker’s voice to verify his/her identity. Many papers present different ways to implement speech recognition systems, however, in this paper, we propose a simple method to enhance and implement an adaptive biometric recognition system. This system uses three algorithms namely the Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficient (MFCC), the fast Fourier transform (FFT) and discrete wavelet transform (DWT) to extract features from speaker’s voice which will be used later as data history to modify the extracted features of the same user when he/she uses the system next time. Results show that this new method enhances the recognition system compared with other methods such as MFCC Algorithm.

2.”An Efficient Methods Comparison for Arabic Words Contours Approximatio,”A.. Ukasha, R.albahi ,The First  Scientific Symposium Of Electrical And Electronic Engineering (EEES) 2016.

Abstract – This paper presents a comparison between three an efficient algorithms for Arabic contour approximation and compression. The oldest method known as Ramer algorithm will be used for contour approximation in addition with Trapezoid & Adaptive-Triangle methods. These algorithms are introduced & compared. The single step parallel contour extraction (SSPCE) method will be used in this work to achieve Cartesian representation of the object. The main idea of the analyzed approaches are discussed to obtain contour compression. For comparison, the mean square error and signal-to-noise ratio criterions are used. Experimental results are obtained both in terms of image quality, compression ratios and speed. The main advantage of the analyzed algorithm (Adaptive-Triangle) is the short computational time of operations compared with Ramer, but it has less quality. On the other side it has better quality and quite less speed than that of Trapezoid algorithm
