Faculty of Engineering

The Faculty of Engineering in Misurata is one of the faculties of Misurata University. It was established in the academic year 2000/2001, and teaching began in the same year with study programs in three academic departments: Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering. Since its inception, the faculty has worked to achieve its goals of educating, qualifying, and preparing distinguished engineering cadres capable of carrying the responsibilities of building and executing comprehensive development projects and the infrastructure of Libyan society. This is achieved through developing integrated and flexible engineering educational programs characterized by quality, relying on information technology, and keeping pace with scientific progress and the information revolution.
